These SMS Terms describe the text-message program operated by Just The Details ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to the terms below.
This program is operated as the Just The Details Mobile LLC SMS Program. Just The Details Mobile LLC sends transactional service text messages to customers who have explicitly opted in. There are two types of messages: (1) scheduling messages — if you submit a detail request and we are unable to reach you by phone, we may text you to help schedule your appointment; and (2) a post-service follow-up message after your detail, inviting you to share feedback about your experience. You will receive approximately 1–2 messages per service. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of booking or receiving service.
You may opt in to our SMS program in any of the following ways:

These messages are transactional and tied to your specific service. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional texts.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Just The Details does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages, unless you opt back in.
Other accepted opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT.

Our SMS program is compatible with all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your information.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above will reflect the most recent revision.
